Madras Curry Powder

Our take on a traditionally chili-based curry blend. This year, we're using Sugar Rush Red and Anaheim chilies to deliver both of their unique citrusy flavors. Accompanying the chilies is an aromatic blend of corriander, cumin, cardamom, fenugreek, ginger, turmeric, cloves, and  black pepper. 
 
Small shaker jars are approximately 53 grams. More sizes available in the future!
