Originally developed as a mix to add to tomato juice to amp up a saucy Saturday morning, we keep finding more and more uses for this blend! A versatile blend that compliments red sauces - pasta sauce, barbecue sauce, a pot of chili - as well as a dry rub with a subtle kick that pairs great with pork cuts for the smoker, burger patties, or seared steaks for tacos or burritos. It's even an excellent fry seasoning to liven up your usual potato sides. This is the sole herb and spice blend used in our barbecue sauce of local lore.
